Personal Development is important in these times of hardship, as focusing on good health should be the key factor. Eating healthy & maintaining our body is required during these difficult times. Exercising on a regular basis is also required so that all the nutrition present on our body gets a chance to move towards the needed parts of our body.
According to Dr Anne Marie Helmenstine (who has done P.H.D on Biomedical Science and is science writer, an educator) writes that among humans babies have ( 70% — 75% of water) on their body, followed by an adult male with (65% of water) and adult female having least among them with about (55% of water) present on their body respectively.
According to the study of Dr.Anne Marie Helmenstine, the study clearly shows that babies have a huge amount of water present on their body. Personal development includes various kinds of steps for better growth on our body mentally & physically.
There are various steps which would lead a human being to a healthy & truthful life, they are as follows :
a)Eating Greens :
Green Vegetables contains Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Folate, Fiber & Potassium. All these ingredients are good & healthy for the human body. As it is said that folate helps in forming red blood cells for the human body; as it generates a huge amount of blood which are required for the body. It is important especially for women who are giving birth to a new-born, for them to consume spinach, tomatoes & even bell-peppers. According to the USDA (The United States Department of Agriculture) have recommended that eating 2 (1/2) cups of vegetables per day is good for a healthy life, as the quotes go “ An Apple a day keeps the diseases away”.
b) Proper Balance Diet :
Having a proper balance diet early morning is necessary as it gets our body going & makes us active the whole day. A diet provides sufficient energy to an individuals body, also giving the body strength which is required for performing a huge amount of energy for particular activities. A properly balanced diet consists of Carbohydrates, Protein, Calcium & Fat. Summing all up a proper balance diet helps our immune system become strong, focused & also protects our body from getting various kinds of diseases. There is an old saying that if you fill your tummy your is tend to become good & prosperous.
c) Meditation:
As concentrating on particular task a minute seems difficult for some of us, there’s a solution to it meditating for about 30–45 minutes with 15 minutes of each meditation session boosts one's concentration & focus on the particular task they tend to do. Distraction seems to be there on an individual whether be if it's the project that you want to finish or lets even say tiredness sometimes. After finishing all the housework we tend to feel tired and give up for the day, but if each one of us gives ourselves 30–45 minutes of meditation break early morning or whenever we feel suitable then it tends to make our body & mind focus, also helps us on concentration towards the outcome more than the workload which is required for the work.
d) Stay Hydrated :
Drinking water is equally important as much as breathing as it helps in our blood circulation from the brain to various parts of our body. Stay hydrated is important as it helps in maintaining our glucose level in our body. Inside a human body more amount liquid is present than that of solid, among those liquid water is one of the main ingredients so stay hydrated helps our body in performing various activities all day long. Some activities for which water is required are walking, running, jogging, playing & many more.
e) Exercising Regularly :
One of the key factors for the body to remain in good shape & staying healthy is excreting on a regular basis. Whether the exercise consist running, stretching or weight-lifting; stay active & exercising on a regular is a must to keep our body in proper shape. As exercising helps in increasing our fatigue, creating a flow of red blood cells, white blood cells and various other particles which are present on our body to perform a certain action. There is an old saying that once in a while stretching or going for a run makes your body sweat which is considered good for the body. While running the body releases sweat and the sweat opens up certain pores of our body which only opens when we sweat or perform any exercising activities.
Lastly, ending it with a good note that although we all are lockdown in our respective houses or let’s say even in our respective countries in the world. The main way to fight this pandemic is by staying in and focusing on our productivity whether that be staying in shape or reading something which helps us in growing.
